World of Coaches has a minimum order of $100 AUD.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 1-4 working days for Australian delivery and 10-14 working days for international delivery, depending on the destination and on the shipping method you choose.
World of Tennis accept no responsibility for delays in delivery overseas, which are due to a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements.
Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.
Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. World of Coaches is not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).
Delivery charges for orders within Australia
All orders within Australia will be sent by road freight as Australian Post Registered Mail at a charge provided by AusPost, inclusive of GST.
Delivery charges for international orders
All international will be sent via Registered Air Mail. Delivery Charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the country of destination.
Parcels sent via Registered Air Mail require a signature when receiving goods.
We reserve the right to amend any quoted prices prior to your order being accepted by us. In such a situation you will be notified accordingly and you will be entitled to withdraw your order.
Please note that the delivery services that we use tend to deliver during the working day. Please supply a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order.
While delivery times may vary, goods will normally be delivered within the specified timeframe for the method of delivery. In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send us an email or telephone us so we can take appropriate action.
Sometimes, due to high demand in some items, we run out of an item sooner than we had anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order.
Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive.
You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.
Delivery Information For Ball Machines:
Delivery Time
Due to the high volume of machines, your parcel will be delivered to you within 35 days.
You will be provided with a tracking number within 7 days of receiving payment for the machine.
All machines are insured against damage through transit and will need to be signed for.
Warranty Information
Limited Warranty: World of Coaches warrants that each SAM ball machine purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase except for the battery which is warranted for 6 months. Demonstration models and reconditioned machines have a 3 month warranty. Said warranty to be determined by World of Coaches at time of purchase. Any part of the ball machine, which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced. The Purchaser must post the machine back at their own expense this warranty is extended only to the original customer of the SAM ball machine.
This warranty does not cover the following conditions:
1. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, war, insurrection, civil disorder, flood, acts of God or any other casualty;
2. Failure of Customer to properly follow operating instructions provided by World of Coaches at time of delivery; and
3. Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than indicated on the applicable nameplate.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall coincide in duration with 12 month limited warranty. The exclusive remedy of the Customer hereunder shall be repair or replacement as stated above. Under no circumstances shall World of Coaches be liable to the Customer or any other person for incidental or consequential damages of any nature, including, without limitation, damage for personal injury or damages to property; and however occasioned, whether alleged as resulting from breach of warranty by World of Coaches, the negligence of World of Coaches.
No agent, employee or representative of World of Coaches or any other person is authorized to modify this warranty in any respect. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
This limited warranty is void unless you complete and return the warranty response form to World of Coaches within 30 days of receipt of the ball machine. The warranty card will be emailed or sent to your separately.
